The writing desk, pantry, and iron in our apartment were very helpful during our stay. the food was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the hotel's location was ideal; it was just the right distance from a shopping mall.

The noise from the nearby elevator lobby was bothersome, especially at night when trying to sleep. Better soundproofing is needed to improve the quality of rest.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is super good, allowing us to easily walk around Georgetown and explore all the Michelin bibs. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff providing excellent room service and housekeeping. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including shops, a limousine service, and even medical facilities. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary comforts, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

The only downside was that the staff got my surname wrong, but overall, this hotel was a fantastic find. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

During my recent stay at Jen Penang Georgetown, I had a fantastic experience. The hotel facilities were impressive and the room was comfortable and cozy. One particular highlight was the excellent front desk service. When we unexpectedly had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency, the staff, especially Nasha, went above and beyond to help us rearrange our booking and get a refund for the second night. Nasha was incredibly attentive and kept us informed throughout the process. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with easy access to street food and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent service, and convenient location.

An excellent modern property located in Georgetown district near Ferrenghi coast. the rooms are well-appointed with a king-size bed and a good view. - Great location close to the Northern ferry terminals for beach hopping.

Sweet & simple anniversary

Text: I recently stayed at Jen Penang in George Town and had a delightful anniversary celebration. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby malls and plenty of food options. The hotel itself was amazing, especially the spacious room with a breathtaking view of the city and sea. The shower and bathtub were also fantastic. The staff surprised us with a delicious anniversary cake, which was the best I've ever had in any hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay. I was extremely pleased with my experience.
